More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.

Additionally featured in this recent photograph release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling various sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.

Additional images disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
